For more than a decade he has been coaching and mentoring software development teams on Agile Scrum & Kanban in various organizations thathe’s associated with.

He provides consultation to the project teams for solving their business problems by way of adopting and transitioning to Agile methodology. He helps teams develop Agile mindset, facilitating change orientation as a change catalyst.

His academic background in business administration (Exec MBA from IIM- B) pared with computer science gives him the means to understand what skills organizations need their employees to bring with them to succeed in an international and highly professional work environment.

Hiren is an avid reader, curious about people and their motivations, and spends time in kitchen trying out different recipes over weekends.
